Hello CACE Conference attendees,
WestEd is excited to work with you and your team at the CACE Spring Conference on April 10th & 11th, 2024.
To help plan for an engaging experience, we are hoping to learn more about you and the high-priority improvement initiative(s) you would like to focus on during the two-day workshop. To gather this information, please complete the survey linked HERE. The survey questions are designed to learn more about the improvement initiatives you would like to focus on during the workshop. In particular, we would like to know if teams are focusing on one initiative as a team, or if there will be multiple focuses. You may want to discuss and clarify this with your team prior to completing the survey.

Please complete this Dietary Restriction form by April 2 so we can ensure the hotel has adequate time to plan accordingly.
In addition, you may check-in for your hotel room upon arrival or during lunch time on Wednesday, but room keys may not be available until 4:00 PM.
