Dr. Ellen Martin has dedicated 27 years to improving education for students and supporting educators in their professional growth. She currently serves as Assistant Superintendent for Marshfield Public Schools, where her leadership has driven meaningful change across the district. Her commitment to building equitable systems reflects her belief that strong leadership and collaboration are the cornerstones of school improvement. Ellen’s work ensures all students have access to high-quality learning opportunities that prepare them for success.
