Spring Leadership Conference

April 10, 2024 & April 11, 2024

Hello CACE members!

It’s hard to believe that the CACE Leadership Conference is just about a month away,  we are looking forward to seeing many of you there!

Again this year, we are excited to host the 2024 Spring CACE Conference, which will be held on Cape Cod on April 10th and 11th. This event is shaping up to be just as engaging and beneficial as last year.  In order to plan properly, we are reaching out to you now to solicit interest. This year, we will be offering two different tracks for the spring conference.

Returning Districts: The first track will be for teams that attended last year and want the opportunity, time, and space to continue their work on school improvement. This is a great opportunity for these districts to expand upon the work started last year at the Conference, to consult individually with West Ed advisors, and to leave with actionable resources to support the continuation of positive change within school districts.

New Districts: The second track will be a repeat of our 2023 spring conference for new teams that have not yet engaged in this work. New teams will become familiar with high leverage practices for driving improvement efforts. Teams will process key takeaways and reflect on how to lead consistent implementation of high-priority initiatives. School and District-specific priorities will be revisited and teams will consider how school improvement practices can be incorporated to assess, adapt, monitor and respond to improvement goals. In the end, all participants will walk out with tasks, practices, routines designed to advance priority initiatives.

We encourage returning district teams from last year and new district teams to register!

Conference Pricing:
This program is designed for leadership teams, therefore CACE is offering a pricing structure that allows districts to maximize their participation.
– Team Members 1-4 group cost of $2,000
– Team Members 5 & 6: $450 per person
– Team Members 6+: $400 per person

Please let us know if you have any questions,
